Data & Account Deletion

AdNovaAI users can request deletion of their account and personal data at any time. We take privacy seriously and will permanently remove your information from our systems on request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@adnovaai.org from the email address associated with your AdNovaAI account. Include the subject line “Account Deletion Request” so we can process it quickly.

What we delete

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Projects, generated assets, scripts, and renders
• Connected social platform tokens and credentials
• Usage, analytics, and billing metadata tied to your account

Timeline

Upon receiving a verified request, AdNovaAI will permanently delete the user's account information and associated data within 30 days. Backups containing residual data are rotated out on a rolling basis and will not be restored.
