AdNovaAI (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered tools for generating video ads, images, captions, and hashtags. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle your information.

Information we collect

  • Account details (name, email, password hash) you provide at sign-up.
  • Content you create: prompts, scripts, generated videos, images, captions, and hashtags.
  • OAuth tokens for connected social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X) used to publish on your behalf.
  • Billing metadata from our payment processor (we never store full card numbers).
  • Basic usage and device data (IP, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.

How we use your information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the AdNovaAI service.
  • Generate and store the assets you create with our AI tools.
  • Publish content to social platforms you have connected, only when you initiate it.
  • Process payments, send transactional emails, and provide support.
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers required to run AdNovaAI (hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, email delivery, analytics) and with the social platforms you explicitly connect.

Data retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for the process. Verified requests are honored within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and row-level security on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously work to protect your data.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

AdNovaAI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
