Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AdNovaAI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use AdNovaAI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use AdNovaAI to:

• Generate or publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or violent.
• Impersonate any person or brand without authorization.
• Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass platform limits.
• Misuse connected social accounts or violate the terms of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or X.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and assets you upload, and of the AI-generated outputs you create with the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You grant AdNovaAI a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

AI output disclaimer

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated assets before publishing them to social platforms or using them commercially.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or X account, you authorize AdNovaAI to publish content on your behalf using your OAuth tokens. You can disconnect at any time from the Connected Accounts page.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdNovaAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
